Job Title: QA/QC Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA/QC Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities include conducting quality assurance testing, assisting with quality system audits, and inspecting inbound shipments for damage. This role involves working in both laboratory and manufacturing environments, ensuring that all processes and products meet the highest standards of quality.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with internal quality system and inventory control auditsInspect, document, and process inbound shipments for damageConduct quality assurance testing of raw materials, work in progress, and finished productsPerform sample inspections during the production processAssist the Quality Manager in developing and implementing the QA/QC planExecute additional job duties as requiredEssential SkillsExperience in quality control and quality assuranceFamiliarity with laboratory and manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of Chemistry and BiologyProficiency in using Epicor or similar ERP systemsUnderstanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systemsAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science in Chemistry is preferred but not requiredExperience in quality assurance roles can substitute for educational qualificationsExperience with ISO-9001 or similar systems is highly preferredExperience with Epicor or similar ERP systems is highly preferredWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
