Job Title: QA Specialist
Job Description

The QA Specialist position is responsible for supporting the Quality Management team and the Quality Management System. They shall report any issues that affect the quality or safety of the products. Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems is essential. Key responsibilities include pre-shipment record review, finished product releases, and quality control daily records review. The role also involves maintaining record reviews for audits, supporting new products data collection, and statistics. Additional duties include assisting with Quality System Maintenance activities such as calibrations, pest control, HACCP program, CAPA, training, food safety culture, food defense, and GMP. The QA Specialist will also assist with customer complaint investigations, participate in new projects, collaborate with R&D on updating recipes and formulas, prepare audits and calibrations, and maintain client/customer relations regarding specifications and documents.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bartlett, Illinois.

Work Environment

This is a documentation role, and the QA Specialist will be working in the office at a desk. It is not a lab or production quality job. Hours are flexible from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
