Job Overview: Aptim Federal Services, LLC (APTIM) has an opening for a Quality Assurance Specialist to assist with QA/QC on environmental bench-, pilot- and field-scale R&D projects at the USEPA Test and Evaluation (T&E) Facility in Cincinnati, OH. What you can expect from APTIM: * Work that is worthy of your time and talent * Respect and flexibility to live a full life at work and at home * Dogged determination to deliver for our clients and communities * A voice in making our company better * Investment into your personal and professional development Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: * Develop Quality Management Plans (QMP) based on American Society for Quality (ASQ)/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) E4:2014 (R2019), Quality Management Systems: * Provide training to senior- and junior-level research staff based on QMP. * Review chemical, biological, and computer model-based research Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs). * Conduct assessments including Quality System Assessments (QSAs) and Technical System Assessments (TSAs). * Review research records including paper and electronic laboratory notebooks, logbooks etc. * Perform data verification, validation, and data quality audits. * Assist with bench-, pilot-, and field evaluations related to treatment of drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater.
