The QA Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for to ensure the quality of our products and patient safety and supporting the delivery team to ensure customer demands. This position is temporary with estimated end date in March 2026.
This position is part of the Radiometer Turku located in Finland and will be on-site position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the QA team and report to the Senior Manager, QA. If you thrive in a quality assurance role supporting our production and want to work to build a world-class QA organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Perform batch record review and product release for semi- and final products.
+ Update, maintain and distribute quality management documentation.
+ Perform assessment, approval, and closure of nonconformities and OOS/OOE cases.
+ Training of Production personnel.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, or other relevant area.
+ Good problem-solving skills and a flexible mindset to adjust to changing situations.
+ Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English.
+ Being a service-oriented team player who can work systematically and is not afraid of routine tasks.
+ Good prioritization skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Quality or production work in regulated industry.
+ ISO13485 standard requirements.
