QA Specialist

Exciting Opportunity: QA Specialist on Long Island, NY

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with quality standards.Implement and monitor quality processes.Report on quality performance and suggest improvements.Promote customer focus.Maintain quality system integrity during changes.Improve global quality processes.

Role Overview:

Ensure the company follows quality standards (AS 9100, AS 9120, ISO 9001).Manage and improve quality processes.Report to the Global Head of Quality & Compliance and the local Management Representative in North America.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of quality control principles.Experience with inspection and audits.Proficiency in reviewing batch records and managing documents.Familiarity with the aerospace industry.Skilled in Microsoft Office.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.

Work Environment:

Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance fully paid.401K plan with year-end match. and 15 days of PTO in the first year.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/hr.
