QA Specialist I

The goal of the Quality Assurance Specialist is to support customer related business activities. From support of sample request, customer questionnaires, COAs and customer testing agreements and specifications. Individuals must understand and effectively utilize Sensient’s electronic records programs and possess good organizational skills and be able to multi task.

 

Major Responsibilities

Management of Customer Questionnaires through email and online platforms  Support of Certificate of Analysis generation Support of Printing labels for finished products Data entry, Documentation Management, and Archiving Maintain and catalog Product Standards and Sample retains Support other QA and customer related quality functions as directed by Supervision.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong Computer skills with experience using Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Ability to work with cross-functional departments within the organization Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


 

A minimum of a High School Degree is required, Associates degree preferred. Employees with a background in a QA or QC position are also preferred.
