QA Specialist II
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a QA Specialist II to join their team. As a QA Specialist II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: QA Specialist II Location: Des Plaines, IL Pay Range: Hourly Rate $32.00 **What's the Job?** + Familiar and capable of performing all responsibilities of the Quality Associate. + Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in one or more specific Quality processes such as incoming inspection and change management. + Assign labeling and pre-production change requests to Change Management staff, ensuring compliance with company policies. + Assist labeling change owners and junior staff with the creation of design change plans. + Create and maintain the Design History Files per the approved procedures. **What's Needed?** + BS degree or 3-7 years equivalent experience in Quality Assurance. + Proven expertise in Quality processes and documentation practices. + Ability to analyze change packets for impact to Device Master Records. + Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complexity and troubleshoot issues. + Experience in compiling and maintaining data for department metrics and reports. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Engagement in continuous improvement projects. + Chance to contribute to the quality of manufactured products and processes. + Professional development and growth opportunities. + Work with a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence.
