Quality Assurance Specialist Plainsboro, NJ, US On-Site The purpose of this job is to perform Quality Assurance activities at onsite in line with Global driven Policies and Procedures. Your key responsibilities + Support MQI team on the internal no conformances investigation process. + Lead investigations for no conformances coming from other company sites. + Drive root causes analyses in collaboration with the departments from Operations and Quality Control. Including the follow up on implementation and verification of action plans. + Propose initiatives for Continuous Improvement in joint alignment with Operations using trend analysis, identifies problems and suggest solution. + Specifications creation, update or transferred to other sites. + May perform one or more of the following Categories of Quality Assurance Activities and may have additional tasks within each: external training / new employee training / GMP audits participation, Quality cultural projects, and other related to their job.
