Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a QA Support Specialist - GSSC (Time and Materials) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford - SCA Code: N/A.  This service supports Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure Sector clients and ProSidian Team Members (# FTe’s: 1) work as part of the Engagement Team Cadre to Provide AMSQ QA Support Specialist services OBO The Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site, Assistant Manager for Safety and Quality, Quality Assurance Division (QAD).  The  AMSQ QA Support Specialist shall work full-time (1920 hours) as a General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) to support the following scope:

QA Support Specialist - GSSC Candidates shall work to support requirements for FY22005 Hanford QA Support Services Swim Lanes and:

Plan and conduct surveillances/audits of implemented QA programs.Communicate the results of the surveillances/audits through reports and oral presentations.Conduct verification/closeout activities.Review programs for identifying, correcting, and tracking non-compliances.Evaluate QA performance based upon metrics and other data.Support the QAD and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs).Review causal analysis and actions taken to prevent the recurrence of conditions adverse to quality.Perform Quality assurance surveillance/audit and reportsEnsure oversight results are entered into the integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) database,Complete verification and closure activities,Communicate Oversight results clearly in writing and verbally to ORP and contractor personnel.Participate in QAD staff and coordination meetingsReport periodically on work overseen and any compliance deviations.Participate on Integrated Project Teams (IPT).

Qualifications

The QA Support Specialist - GSSC shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. 

Highly experienced in Quality Assurance oversight as either a lead auditor or auditorExpertise in corrective action programs and causal analysis.Expertise in Integrated Safety Management Systems.Working knowledge of DOE policies and procedures.Expert writing skills, proven experience in supporting programs and projects with analysis, tracking, monitoring, assessment, review and coordination.Excellent communications skills.Knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and/or other MS Office tools.Identification of any conflicts, potential conflicts, or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors.Fully vaccinated against COVID, a granted exception to vaccination for COVID, or able to meet entry and testing requirements for entrance and work in federal buildings.U.S. Citizenship

TRAVEL:  Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements.  Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. 

LOCATION:  Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to The Hanford Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area.
