Position Summary 

For our growing team, client is seeking talented and motivated Software Engineer 

in Test with a passion for automation. You'll be designing, developing, and running automation 

frameworks as well as automation test suites using the latest technologies. Also, you will assist in 

identifying innovative approaches for test automation as well as various tools to boost engineering

Responsibilities: 

 Design and build advanced automated test suites using object-oriented methodologies. 

 Build automated Windows test environment utilizing Windows Deployment Services and Microsoft 

Deployment Toolkit.

 Implement and execute automation strategies on all supported platforms. 

 Design and build automated tools for testing (addressing, functional, performance, component, 

integration and system testing).

 Troubleshoot and reproduce field issues to help developer pin point the issue.

 Work closely with development team to create automated test plans, test cases and strategies

 Influencet system design by providing factual data and drivinge result

 Design and Perform manual tests.

Basic Qualifications: 

 Minimum of 3 years of experience with test automation.

 Minimum of 3 years of experience testing applications in Microsoft Wwindows environment, or in 

Unix environment..

 Fundamental knowledge in TCP/IP and other related network protocols.

Additional Qualifications: 

 Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills 

 Programming experience (C# or VB or Java).

 Experience in one or more scripting languages (Unix shell or Pyton or Windows PowerShell)

 Data Driven Testing experience. Working experience with power shell. 

 Experience working in an Agile environment 

 Experience with Performance Testing applications 

 Ability to write SQL queries (including select, joins, grouping etc) 

 Familiarity with multiple operating system (Windows, Unix, Linux) 

 Abiliity to work independently

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 Experience in testing telecom applications, with fundamental knowledge of SIP protocol

 Database troubleshooting skills.

 Wireless and E911 system knowledge.

 Working experience with Tektronix Spectra 2 call generator
