This role requires presence on the production floor and direct interaction with staff. **Shift** : 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm **Pay** : $20-$22/hr **Key Responsibilities** : + Pre-op inspections & swabbing of equipment. + Perform allergen inspections + Put non-confirming products on hold + Investigates complaints + Provide proper documentation for batches produced + Ensure compliance. **Qualifications** : + High School Diploma or equivalent + HACCP and GMP experience + Food/nutra manufacturing experience + **Preferred** : Bilingual (English/Spanish), experience with GFSI, Kosher, and lab food testing. **Skills** : + Strong verbal and written communication in English. + Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
