Job Description
We are looking for a skilled QA Technician to perform inspection and testing on various products including cables/harnesses, custom mechanical parts, off-the-shelf hardware, and electro-mechanical assembly products. This position is based in Bothell, WA, and no travel is required.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical inspection including cables.Verify products including cosmetic inspection, basic electronic product ATP testing, and FAI per engineering drawings, ECOs, Quality Alerts, test procedures, and miscellaneous documents.Enforce quality requirements in accordance with contracts, engineering specifications, and established procedures.Perform electro-mechanical inspection on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished parts for further disposition.Conduct visual inspections and cleaning operations on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished parts.Document results in reports and logs in the quality database and consult with the Manager regarding information.Maintain all measurement equipment in operating order and promote process improvements where appropriate.Perform other related duties as required or assigned.Essential SkillsMechanical and electrical inspection experience.Ability to interpret Engineering drawings and Acceptance Test Procedures at an intermediate level.Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.Attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple priorities in a team environment.Ability to function independently to resolve issues in the day-to-day work environment.Effective communication skills.Experience in Quality Control/Inspection (4+ years).Working knowledge of mechanical measurement & electrical instruments, familiarity with statistical tools and techniques.Familiarity with working in AS9100 and FAA compliant environments.Additional Skills & QualificationsAA degree in Electronics or an equivalent combination of technical education, training, and experience.Aerospace Industry experience preferred.Experience with calipers, micrometers, and 3D modeling.Why Work Here?

This role is based at our Bothell, WA site, where all inspections are completed. The work environment includes using advanced technologies and equipment for quality assurance, with a focus on maintaining a compliant and efficient production process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
