Job Description This position is accountable for both routine and non-routine inspection; testing and final determination of acceptable/unacceptable printed/perforated tipping based on established standards/ specifications. Also responsible for release of printed to finished goods inventory and laser for shrink wrapping of in-specification product. Raw material inspection and testing as required. Skills and Requirements · QA Record keeping experience · Familiarity with printing plant QA testing · Data entry knowledge including Partial Closing Pallets in Business System, Printing Bobbin and Pallet Labels. · Previous exposure to calibration of laboratory instrumentation, to include spectrophotometer, Mettler balance, Opacimeter, Nikon CCM, Mylar, Graticule, Comparator, Millimeter Ruler, Timer, Light booths, EDI Bar Printers, Mettler Balance, Headspace Gas Chromatograph, and Sutherland Rub tester, Borgwaldt A-15, and Nikon VMA2520.
