They will be responsible for creating and driving test plans and partnering the integrators to assure the project is delivered on time and with efficiency. Skills and Requirements 7 10 years testing experience with 3 5 years experience leading a team of testers Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role Able to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville, IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus OH as needed. Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks Nuance, and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.
