Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level QA Test Lead to oversee the testing and validation of value-added service integration from a mainframe-based system into SAP. This role will ensure testing strategies align with business objectives and that the integration process is thoroughly validated. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SAP testing, test planning, and defect resolution, with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple technical and business teams.

This position offers the potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead testing efforts for integrating value-added services from a mainframe system into SAP.Design, plan, and execute test strategies to ensure accurate mapping and integration.Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for comprehensive QA coverage.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and SAP experts to ensure alignment between requirements and testing objectives.Identify, track, and resolve defects, ensuring testing efforts lead to high-quality outcomes.Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions throughout the process.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior QA testers, ensuring effective execution of testing tasks.Facilitate communication across teams to provide timely feedback and issue resolution.Support the transition from testing to production, ensuring QA processes are completed effectively.Assess potential for full-time conversion, with a performance review process included.Required Qualifications

✅ 5+ years of experience in QA testing, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role.
✅ Strong SAP testing experience, particularly in integration and system mapping efforts.
✅ Experience working with value-added services and their integration into enterprise systems (mainframe to SAP).
✅ Proven ability to design and execute test cases, track defects, and generate test reports.
✅ Leadership experience, coordinating and managing testing efforts across multiple teams.
✅ Strong documentation and process adherence skills, ensuring testing transparency and traceability.
✅ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Ability to work hybrid (on-site a few times per month as required).

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and SAP migrations.
➕ Familiarity with automated testing tools for SAP environments.
➕ Experience working in large-scale system integrations.
