Overview

Hire Resolve’s client, an e-Certification provider, is looking for a QA Tester to join their dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of software products, working alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

 

Responsibilities Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests. Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and testing criteria. Conduct regression testing and ensure that existing functionality remains intact. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide timely feedback and status updates to project stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in software testing. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance testing. Proficient in both manual and automated testing techniques. Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or similar. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a team environment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus. Benefits:
