I need a QA (prefer a local in MA, CT, RI or NH for example) with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WHO IS A MANUAL TESTER, WITH SOME AUTOMATION AND WORKED WITH PRODUCTION SUPPORT ISSUES-

Key responsibilities:
Support end users
Understand end user challenges and provide empathy
Capture thorough, detailed documentation into a central database about end user support issues
Provide continual communication with end users throughout the issue resolution process
Represent the needs of the end users during internal meetings
Partner with the Product Manager to own the set of all open issues and facilitate prioritization and resolution processes
Coordinate all activities needed to resolve end user tickets
Troubleshoot technical issues
Research and fully understand all aspects of an issue
Document the issue and impacts diligently
Identify the root cause across software, hardware and/or network, liaising with any necessary technical resources
Escalate for additional technical troubleshooting as needed
Ensure that resolution is reached
Provide quality assurance through testing
Work as part of a team to plan appropriate testing for software releases and production changes, ensuring that highest areas of end user risk are addressed
Partner with technologists to help expedite testing at the earliest possible point during the change lifecycle
Author and execute test scripts
