Summary:
This position is responsible for helping maintain the QAD ERP Business systems that support plants in multiple countries.
Your skills will be needed to analyze challenges and work with a small team of ERP members to help solve problems and create effective solutions.
Responsibilities Help support the accounting functional areas within the QAD ERP system Analyze information, problems, requested changes and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutionsBecome the subject matter expert for the following:Accounts ReceivableAccounts PayableGeneral LedgerCost AccountingVariance AnalysisAssist with global and regional QAD application projectsCreate policies and procedures to support the QAD ERP system Assist users as needed with issues regarding the QAD ERP system, including consultation on system functionality and utilizationPerform end-user training as neededHelp with new site implementationsHelp with ERP software upgradesOther duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience2+ years of experience working with QAD ERP preferred2+ years of Filtration Group experience preferredDemonstrated knowledge of ERP accounting systemsGood written and verbal communications skills requiredAbility to work and thrive in a multitasked, fast paced environment with minimal supervisionApproved for domestic and international travel. Available to travel up to 25%, or more, during projectsProfessional attitude and able to maintain confidentiality
