岗位目标:

该职位将负责微生物实验室的日常测试安排，解决日常工作中的问题、参与过程改进并承担实验室管理职责。

岗位职责：

按照SOP、质量标准和分析方法等进行检测，及时并合适的对各相关活动进行记录。

安排并跟进日常工作进度并按时完成以确保团队/部门目标及时达成。

及时在TrackWise 系统中登记测试过程中出现的偏差和OOS/OOT，主导调查过程，并追踪调查的关闭和CAPA的执行。

根据计划执行分析设备的校验, 验证和维护。

识别仪器运行及测试中的问题并能独立解决。

负责实验室SOP的起草/更新，方法验证或其他文件起草，以符合默克LS政策和实验室管理的要求。

根据需要主导微生物实验室方法转移、验证。

根据需要参与或主导全厂或部门项目，以满足流程改进，成本节约等目标的要求。

在EHS部门的指导下，确保实验室日常操作的安全。

负责主管安排的其他工作。

岗位能力要求：

本科及以上学历，微生物或者制药相关专业。

4年以上生命科学或制药行业QC或同等工作经验。

熟悉微生物实验室相关检测，比如：洁净室环境监控，纯水/压缩空气日常监测，微生物限度，无菌，内毒素测试等

良好的英语听说读写能力。英语口语良好者优先。

良好的团队合作精神，优秀的交流，问题处理，计划和组织能力。

良好的GMP经验。
