RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
HINTS:
Responsible for the inspection and quality controls in different responsible areas (IQC is responsible for incoming materials inspection, IPQC is responsible for the production process monitoring, and FQC is responsible for final inspection in workshop). Monitor the implementation of inspection standards and file up inspection data/reports. Responsible for handling and following up on defective products, which includes but not limited to defective product review forms, following up on action plans, and check action completed. Responsible for maintenance of measuring instruments and sending them to the laboratory for calibration periodically. Collaborate with engineers to conduct project product testing, validation, process data collection, and process monitoring. Responsible for conducting shopfloor process audit, to ensure both process and product launch can meet with relevant requirements. Participate in continuous quality improvement and monitor the implementation of customer complaint countermeasures. Responsible for the 5S and safety in the inspection area. Propose quick Kaizen suggestions and implement them. Other tasks assigned by leader.
EDUCATION:
High school/vocational school or above
MANAGEMENT:
Quality manager/QC leader
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Have experience in QC process control in the mechanical industry.
2. Prefer to have mechanical or valve product knowhow.
