Adecco is currently assisting a leading American supplier of pharmaceuticals, biologics, and consumer health products in recruiting for a **QC Analyst** position in **Winchester, KY** . **Schedule:** + Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Biweekly Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM **Pay Rate:** . **$25 - $27.76** per hour, based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. **Role Overview:** The QC Analyst is responsible for environmental monitoring sampling, analyzing, and performing microbiological testing to support Phase I/II GMP manufacturing. Key duties include: + Conducting environmental monitoring in ISO 5, 7, and 8 cleanrooms, focusing on surfaces, air, and non-viable air quality. + Testing utilities like USP water and clean steam, and monitoring air and surfaces in manufacturing environments. + Collaborating with manufacturing and QA teams to coordinate routine and changeover environmental monitoring, ensuring client campaigns are supported. + Performing media fills and fill/finish monitoring, including air quality, personnel aseptic techniques, and environmental integrity. + Serving as the Quality Control authority on aseptic flow and behavior within cleanrooms. + Utilizing MODA to track, compile, and trend environmental data for reporting. + Resolving quality issues in collaboration with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams. + Communicating results of testing with supervisor input when necessary. + Adapting to unique campaign requirements, including off-hours and weekend work. + Potentially conducting bioburden and membrane filtration testing on cleaning, in-process, and release samples. **Requirements:** + Associate’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline, with 2 years of relevant cGMP cleanroom experience. + Experience in cGMP Quality Control. + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. + Strong attention to detail. + Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). + Ability to apply scientific and regulatory principles to solve operational and quality tasks. + Flexibility to work off hours and weekends as needed. + Experience with LIMS or MODA is a plus. + Experience with bioburden and membrane filtration testing is a plus.
