Job Title: QC Analyst- HPLC or Dissolution Expert Job Description We are seeking a skilled QC Analyst with a strong background in analytical chemistry to perform testing on raw materials, finished products, and stability samples in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or USP methods. This role supports QC leadership with planning and coordination of activities within the lab. Responsibilities + Conduct analytical chemistry examination testing on raw materials, finished products, and stability samples. + Perform physical testing, chemical, or microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, stability, and special samples. + Document and submit all raw data and results in LIMS. + Prepare reagents for chemical analysis. + Execute stability testing on solid and liquid dosage forms. + Perform data auditing for lot disposition. + Verify, validate, and transfer methods for new products. + Conduct UPLC, GC, and ICP-MS analysis of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples. + Support QC Systems Admin activities (Empower, LIMS, Trackwise). + Prepare and review validation/verification protocols. + Train analysts. + Lead laboratory OOS and OOT investigations. Essential Skills + Proficiency with HPLC, GMP, and dissolution testing. + Experience with HPLC/Empower 3, UPLC, GC, and wet chemistry. + Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or other related science with relevant laboratory coursework. + 3+ years of relevant experience. + Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. + Proficiency with computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Specialization with HPLC, UPLC, and GC systems. Work Environment This position offers the flexibility of working either the first shift (7:30am-4pm) or the second shift (3pm-11pm). You will work within a team of approximately 10 colleagues and are expected to gown up daily. The dress code is business casual.
