QC Analyst

Our client, a growing Biotech Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), is seeking a QC Analyst to join their team. As a QC Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting the manufacturing of biologic products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** QC Analyst
**Location:** Winchester, KY
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct Environmental Monitoring in classified cleanrooms, including monitoring surfaces, air, and non-viable air quality.
+ Perform testing of utilities such as USP water and clean steam, as well as other manufacturing environments.
+ Collaborate closely with manufacturing and QA to coordinate routine environmental monitoring and support client campaigns.
+ Act as Quality Control authority for aseptic flow and behavior within cleanrooms.
+ Utilize MODA to enter, compile, and trend environmental data for reporting purposes.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associates degree in a Life Sciences discipline and 2 years of relevant experience in cGMP cleanrooms.
+ Experience working in cGMP Quality Control.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
+ Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
+ Ability to work off hours or weekends as required.
