Job Title: QC Associate

Job Description

Perform an independent quality and timely review of documentation for accuracy and consistency to ensure compliance in accordance with regulations, established procedures, and protocols. Review multiple documents within the same day while potentially multi-tasking across assignments and shifting gears to meet changing priorities and/or provide cross-functional support, as needed. Assemble all available resources to perform an independent documentation review, evaluate the quality of the documentation using QC knowledge/skills, and follow appropriate approaches or techniques to resolve findings. Collaborate with and engage customers to improve documentation quality. Utilize applicable software systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN) to perform a quality data review. Participate in sub-group and/or department meetings and share work with others.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tarrytown, New York and some days remote.

Work Environment

Bioanalytical Sciences Group QC total of 24 divided into 3 segments (pre-clinical, clinical, non-clinical bioanalysis). This is a routine position with repetitive tasks, must be trusted to work in a structured environment with limited supervision. Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 remote (non-consecutive days)
