Job Description
We are looking for a QC Associate to join our team. The QC Associate will perform duties under the supervision of the QC manager and ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
ResponsibilitiesPerform stability testing on products including commercial and government contract products.Record stability data into notebooks and populate data into electronic stability sheets.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including QC and non-QC documents.Adhere to all current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations as outlined in SOPs.Report all results and completions of tasks to the QC manager.Maintain lab cleanliness and general laboratory cleaning.Develop and maintain professional communication with all levels of staff, treating everyone with dignity, respect, and courtesy.Work independently and frequently alternate between sitting, standing, and lifting as required.Perform additional testing as directed by the QC manager.Essential SkillsBachelor Level Degree in a scientific discipline from an accredited institution.Organized and detail-oriented.Ability to follow written procedures.Professional behavior with a consistently positive and helpful attitude.Good communication and excellent listening skills.Ability to work independently or in a team environment.Non-confrontational problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).Self-starter with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail with high accuracy and sound judgment.Resourceful, diplomatic, and professional demeanor.Adaptability to shift priorities as needed.Strong analytical skills and organized, completing tasks ahead of schedule.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsLab experience preferred but not required.PCR experience preferred but not required.Work Environment
The work environment includes both laboratory and office settings. The position requires adherence to all company safety practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and policies.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
