Job DescriptionPerform raw materials testing including ID testing, limit testing, pH, loss on drying, residue on ignition, and other methods and instruments based on need (80% time)Perform raw materials analytical testing utilizing HPLC and Empower software (20% time)Serve as an Empower software expert for Raw Materials while proactively building on existing knowledge and experienceIdentify issues, present complex problems with possible solutions, and work with project teams to resolve issuesComply with pertinent regulatory requirementsParticipate in required training activitiesSchedule daily tasks in an organized and efficient manner

Interact with customers and functional project teams

QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 4-6 years' experience or Master's degree with 2-4 years' experience in manufacturing, quality, or raw materialsIndependence in operating and troubleshooting HPLC and Empower softwareAbility to efficiently and independently provide critical thinking for method troubleshootingProactive team player with skills in planning and prioritization to meet project timelinesDesire to ensure correctness and accuracy in tasks and documentationExperience in a GMP environmentExperience with electronic laboratory management systems (such as LIMS)Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
