QC Inspection Technician

Great opportunity to gain Inspection Technician experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Must have High School Diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of GMP regulated QC experience.

Description

The Material Inspector provides analytical support and services for all aspects of Raw Material Testing to support commercial manufacturing. This includes but is not limited to raw material and hard good testing as well as sampling.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Perform inspection and measurements of hard goods and packaging materials, including color match, caliper, and ruler measurements.

Perform simple wet chemistry testing of raw materials as needed.

Participate in basic quality control procedures and inventory management.

Maintain good record-keeping practices while adhering to quality and safety programs.

Maintain accuracy and calibration of laboratory testing equipment.

Use LIMS and other relevant computer software programs to collect or input data and information.

Maintain accurate and up to date training records.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support production demands.

Work well in both team and individual environments. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

Basic understanding of GMPs.

Good mechanical aptitude and skills as well as experience in inspection procedures and/or the product line are required.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary.

Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, etc.)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.80 - $20.00
