As a QC Inspector you will:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tInterpret job router/manufacturing order\r\n\tPerform basic CMM operation\r\n\tSet and use bore gauges\r\n\tSealant inspection\r\n\tInspect fastener installation\r\n\tPerform first part inspections\r\n\tCreate rejection tags\r\n\tPerform basic in-process and final inspection of machine parts, mechanical assemblies, processed parts, or purchased standard hardware\r\n\tPerform verifications of part identification and configurations\r\n\tArrange inspection queues to identify work priority\r\n\tIdentify and segregate non-conforming product\r\n\tAble to be trained on GD&T\r\n\tUse basic inspection tools such as surface plates, micrometers, height gages, etc. to inspect parts\r\n\tPerform full first article inspection\r\n\tBasic part transport\r\n\tInterpret certifications\r\n\tPerform basic maintenance of tools and equipment\r\n\tMaintain area cleanliness and organization within 6S initiative\r\n\tObserve all safety policies and procedures\r\n\tObserve all company policies and procedures\r\n\tAdhere to the Business Quality Management System (BQMS)\r\n\tOther duties as assigned\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
This is a Full-Time opportunity.
\r\n\r\nShift: 2:00pm- 10:45pm
\r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tGED or High School diploma preferred but not required.\r\n\tDemonstrated proficiency in Level 1 competencies\r\n\tIntermediate model review print reading and GD&T\r\n\tIntermediate shop math\r\n\tFamiliar with basic inspection tools (pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, air gages, etc.)\r\n\tAbility to use a profilometer\r\n\tAble to be certified to use Rockwell/Eddy Current Machine\r\n\tFamiliar with BAC5300\r\n\tAble to meet production goals “Cycle Times”\r\n\tAbility to learn\r\n\tPunctuality\r\n\tPosition requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs\r\n\tNDT/CMM experience preferred\r\n\r\n\r\n
Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00 hour
\r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
