QC Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:00pm to 01:30am)WEEKEND SHIFT (Friday through Sunday from 6AM-6:30PM)
Perform first article inspections on machined parts using micrometers, calipers and other measurement devices while working in compliance with AS9100 standards.Conduct inspection of finished machined parts, include in-process from first piece to final inspection.Working knowledge of conventional inspections tools and gauges such as: Micrometers, Calipers, thread gauges Follow inspection (shop) procedures to accept or reject parts and assemblies, etc.
QC Inspector Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools/equipment including but not limited to caliper, micrometer, height gage, hardness and conductivity.Familiar with surface finish, edge preparation and general appearance of machined parts.Knowledgeable of Engineering drawings/modelsBasic knowledge of CATIA, understanding of CMM, and CNC machiningFamiliar with AS9100/QMSExperience in Quality or Assembly!!!RESUME REQUIRED!!!
