**Job Title: Quality Control Inspector** **Job Description** Perform complex inspection procedures on all types of CNC machine products (medium to large, complex double-sided) and assemblies to ensure quality levels are met at pre-ship and final stages of production. The role requires working independently, especially on Sundays when there are no supervisors present. **Hard Skills** + Expertise in GD&T blue print reading + Knowledge of CMM's (Calypso preferred) + Proficiency in using hand-held measurement tools and gauges + Ability to operate a Windows-based personal computer and related software + Experience with customer quality inspection systems + Effective data collection and problem-solving skills **Soft Skills** + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Resourcefulness in completing tasks using specialized skills + Capability to train other employees in Quality Control processes and procedures + Common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions + Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Fremont, California. **Work Environment** Machine Shop Environment, Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun 6am-6pm **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
