Job Title: Laboratory Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Analyst to perform routine and non-routine analysis of environmental samples, raw materials, and in-process samples according to standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and experience working in a cGMP environment.

ResponsibilitiesCalibrate and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures.Execute testing according to associated standard operating procedures.Review data obtained for compliance to specifications and report abnormalities.Execute validation protocols, laboratory test plans, and report results to management.Prepare documentation for presentation to Regulatory Agencies.Apply knowledge of good manufacturing practices and good laboratory practices on a daily basis.Essential SkillsMicrobiologyBiologyLaboratoryQuality controlAssayEnvironmental monitoringPCRAseptic techniqueReagent managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsBS degree in Microbiology or related discipline1+ years of lab experience within a cGMP environmentExperience testing microbial/environmental samples preferredWork Environment

The work environment is a laboratory setting that requires adherence to good manufacturing practices and good laboratory practices. You will work with various laboratory equipment and reagents, performing tests and validations. The position involves routine and non-routine analysis, and you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Dress code is typical for a laboratory environment, including appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.85 - $38.08
