QC Lab Technician
Job Title: QC Lab Technician Job Description Provide basic laboratory test analyses, inventory and prepare lab supplies, and maintain laboratory equipment. Perform test method evaluations and quality control tests on raw material, in-process, finished product samples, and wastewater samples. Complete associated documentation and perform verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance as per ISO schedules. Assist and participate in the EHSQ Management System. This is a 3rd shift rotating schedule position working 7pm-7am. First 1-3 months will train on 1st shift. Responsibilities + Perform basic laboratory test analyses. + Inventory and prepare lab supplies. + Maintain, verify, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. + Perform test method evaluations. + Conduct quality control tests on raw material, in-process, finished product samples, and wastewater samples according to SOPs and sample testing plans. + Complete associated documentation. + Perform verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance in accordance with ISO schedules. + Assist and participate in the EHSQ Management System, including nonconformance, TVP, audits, and inventory. Essential Skills + Experience with HPLC, GC, IR, and other laboratory testing methods. + Knowledge of quality control procedures. + Understanding of laboratory instrumentation such as GC, HPLC, GC/MS, AA, Rheometer, and IR. + Strong experience in chemistry and laboratory practices. + Experience working in a GMP-compliant environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Life Science Degree preferred. + High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience, will be considered.
