QC Line Inspector
**Job Title: Quality Inspector in Food manufacturing** **Job Description** As a Quality Inspector, you will conduct online inspections and verify control parameters according to procedures and instructions for the production, filling, and packaging process. You will record the results of inspections and perform GMP/hygiene inspections based on standards. Additionally, you will conduct sanitation inspections, ATP tests, environmental swabbing, and monitor environmental air quality. You will also inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials, organize and update related records, and communicate with production supervisors. **Responsibilities** + Conduct online inspections and verify control parameters for production, filling, and packaging processes. + Record inspection results, including weigh-up, filling temperature, packaging material, product code, and container closure. + Perform GMP/hygiene inspections and correct violations, reporting to the production supervisor or QA Manager. + Conduct daily and monthly sanitation inspections, including pre-operation and post-operation inspections. + Perform ATP tests and environmental swabbing. + Monitor environmental air quality and inspect employees’ hygiene conditions. + Record inspection results and communicate with the Production Supervisor. + Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials according to QA/QC work instructions. + Take samples as needed according to the receiving manual. + Organize and update the Raw Material Manual, receiving records, and COAs from suppliers. **Essential Skills** + Experience in quality inspecting and visual inspection. + Proficiency in ATP swabbing and enforcing GMP guidelines. + Capability to monitor temperature and production lines. + Knowledge of HACCP. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily. + Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team committed to quality and excellence.
