QC Microbiologist
ACTIVELY HIRING!! QC Microbiology Associate

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing providing process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies, is looking for a Lead Microbiologist to support their Quality Control team. This individual performs high throughput, right-first-time laboratory work to meet production schedules and project milestones.

This testing could include, but is not limited to, bioburden testing (membrane filtration), endotoxin determination (kinetic chromogenic, gel clot), environmental and clean utility monitoring, microbial identification, and culture purity testing.

ResponsibilitiesPerform kinetic endotoxin testing and ensure accurate and timely results.Support environmental monitoring, bioburden, and water collection programs.Conduct environmental monitoring with 1-3 years of experience required.Perform bioburden testing with 1-3 years of experience required.Maintain GMP compliance in all laboratory activities.Execute autoclaving and general housekeeping in the lab.Handle manual pipetting and Kinetic Chromogenic Assay (KCA) using a 96-plate reader.Work with both paper-based documentation and the LIMs system.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in science, preferably in microbiology, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related technical field preferredExperience with Kinetic Chromogenic Assay (KCA) and manual pipetting.Experience with bioburden testing and environmental monitoringExperience in a GMP environment requiredComfortable with both paper-based documentation and LIMSPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $36.00
