Country Egypt City CAIRO Workplace location CAIRO-CORNER STR 254 & 206(EGY) Employer company TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt Domain Operations Type of contract Regular position Experience Minimum 3 years Context & Environment Cooperate with the QC & Projects manager’s guidance to deploy operational excellence and compliance processes as required by the region for JO/JV locations like Cairo Airport and in line also with JIG guidelines and HSSE program.Issuing work permits for high-risk jobs, induction training for contractors on site safety rules and ERP, evaluation of task location hazards and ensure location handed over to operations safety after job completion.Document controller and files keeper for Work permits and HSE documentation. Cooperate with QC & Projects Manager to handle the periodic quality checks & preventive maintenance schedule of joint depot tanks & equipment and filling related documentations as per updated JIG governing standardsConduct the periodic QC tasks like daily (sampling, tank release...Etc.), weekly (low point sampling, DP gauge test, floating suction check, strainer check...Etc.), monthly (Millipore tests, pits usage, vent check, gauge test, hose inspection...Etc.), semiannually (calibration of meters, calibration of used tools, hose testing...Etc.), annually (filters inspection, tanks inspection, relief valve test, calibration of master tools...Etc.)Keep all Quality records updated according to JIG standardsMonitor daily receiving operations by pipeline and by tank trucks to ensure product quality and process integrity is followedSupport QC manager in updating all related manuals according to JIG requirements. To ensure compliance of aviation activities to JIG standards, Site specific operating & QC manuals, and other established procedures by Joint depot Conduct scheduled quality and maintenance checks on the hydrant of the 2 airport terminalsEstablish the recommended settling time for tanks after receiving and authorize their release for dispatch on daily basisPrepare and update with QC & Projects Manager Guidance, the gap closure plan of all previous audits conducted on the joint depot by stakeholders or external partiesAlong with QC & Projects Manager while he escorts the inspectors into conducting all international and local inspections and follows up the closing of all gaps and works out all findings Monitor the Joint depot warehouse for adequate QC tools and spare parts (filter elements, water detection, Millipore…etc) and advise when need to replenish their stock and provide technical review before receiving purchase orders by JD management company Perform the biannual calibration for all contractors’ Tank Trucks that will supply the airport directly in case of breakdown/ maintenance required for the receiving pipeline from Cairo terminal.Follow up HSE deployment plan and share NMs lessons learned.

Strictly apply Total Golden Rules in the projects managed by TEME and in Quality control daily tasks.Participate in setting depot HSE objectives and ensure actionable process in place to meet them.Identify risky situations and implement adequate actions to minimize the risks to ALARP level.  Support QC and Projects manager to perform annual internal HSE audits and self-assessmentParticipate in periodic emergency and firefighting drills.Support QC and Projects manager in any incident or near miss investigation as and when needed. Candidate Profile High school diploma (higher educational grade if preferred)Very good in English Language skillsFluency in different MS Office applications (word, excel, power point)3 to 6 years’ experience in the operations field.Good knowledge of Aviation fueling business in generalGood knowledge of HSEQ systems.High level of discipline. Problem Solving/innovation and decision making.
