QC Supervisor
**QC Manager- Permanent Position** Quality Control Management: + **Daily Oversight** : Ensure routine testing is properly managed and coordinate with both internal and external customers to maintain a high-quality system. + **Collaborative Relationships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs, priorities, and allocate resources effectively. + **Service Coordination** : Oversee testing operations to meet or exceed quality expectations and ensure timely product releases in coordination with QA. Inspection and Testing: + **Inspection Management:** Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process items, finished goods, and stability testing. + **Instrument Development** : Develop testing methods and plan for the implementation of new sophisticated instruments, including IQ/OQ/PQ. + **Facility Monitoring** : Test and monitor the facility’s environment for microbial contaminants, ensuring cleanliness and safety. + **Lab Operations** : Manage lab calibrations, sampling, and testing needs, and coordinate the dispatch of samples to third-party laboratories. Stability Testing: + **Program Establishment:** Develop and maintain stability programs and chambers, adhering to ICH and 21 CFR requirements. + **Protocol Development** : Create, track, and trend stability studies, protocols, and reports. Regulatory Compliance: + **Adherence to Regulations** : Ensure compliance with dietary supplement regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP) and adapt processes to elevate compliance and process improvements. Documentation and Reporting: + **Problem Reporting:** Handle Out of Specifications (OOS) issues, perform root cause analyses, and take corrective actions. + **Issue Investigation** : Resolve quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities. Qualifications: + Proven experience in quality management, specifically within the dietary supplement industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills. + Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP) and industry standards. + Analytical skills and the ability to develop protocols, reports, and SOPs.
