Quality Control Technician
The primary purpose of the Quality Control Technician is to perform quality assurance testing to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Your Challenge:
Quality Control Test and Inspection of PacStar HardwareApply pre-defined Network Device configurationExecute automated scripts and manual test scriptsPerform mechanical inspection for defectsVerify manifests/packing lists against product contentsUpdate manual test scripts as neededReport defects to supervisorPresent quality status to Production and Quality teamsHave primary line responsibility for the quality levels maintained in PacStar productsPerformance requires physical attendanceOther duties as assignedWhat you bring:
2+ years QC or testing experience, requiredExperience with simple mechanical inspectionExperience with Microsoft Windows platforms, requiredExperience with PC hardware, requiredExperience with Networking Devices, desired (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)Independent professional that can perform job assignment with limited supervisionAbility to lift and carry 35 pounds of test equipment at least 40 feetAbility to multi-task and manage various project related dutiesStrong work ethicTouch typist – minimum of 25 to 30 WPMStrong written and verbal communication skillsAccuracy and attention to detail is a mustMust be able to self-organize workloads and manage all deadlinesWho We Are:
