About the role:

Ecolab are looking for a QC Technician to join our Quality Assurance Team in Darra. This is a wonderful opportunity to put your analytical chemistry skills to work in a role that will see you working with production to ensure quality and process guidelines are followed, completing performance testing, formula maintenance and approving raw materials.  If you have some previous lab/chemical experience, and are looking for a hands-on role working on interesting tasks, don’t miss this chance to join Ecolab. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

Analysing samples from each production batchStart and end of line testingProvide technical support to sales and service team  Investigating and documentation of findingsRaw materials testing and approval against specificationsTroubleshoot wet chemistry and instrumental analytical methodsKeeping records and writing reportsMentor QC technicians and other team members

Our ideal candidate may have:

An interest or experience in chemistryDemonstrate sound knowledge of good laboratory practicesComputer / systems savvyA positive attitude and willingness to learnInquisitive natureAttention to detailSelf-motivationExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to handle a high workload Demonstrated ability to work independantly and collaboratively in a team environment
