Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QE Engineer for DaaS Platform
Job Location: Bangalore and Chennai

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in automation testing with a focus on ETL, data warehousing, or big data environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and database testing. Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, etc.). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in identifying issues and ensuring data accuracy.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• ETL Testing: Strong experience in testing ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• SQL: Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
• Python: Strong Python programming skills for writing automation scripts and integrating with ETL processes.
• Azure: Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, and other Azure data services.
• Automation Tools: Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium).
• Data Warehousing: Experience working with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to report issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
