About the role
As our new QEHS manager, you will build a strong and cross-functional network within the organization. The goal is to help the business to be digital, sustainable, flexible, fast and efficient, always with the customer in focus. Since technology development is fast and Siemens is at the forefront, we see it as an advantage that you can adopt new technology and convert this into a benefit in the organization
The role includes tasks such as: Providing support to managers in developing their operations and working methods.Defining, establishing and continuously optimizing a “living” integrated management system of relevant management system standards (ISO 9001, 14001,27001,45001) with a focus on risk & opportunity management, action and effectivenessCommunicating with, training and coaching the staff in QEHS issues and methodsLeading workshops and managing changes in the business, while being a culture bearer for a shared view of quality, environment and work environment.Developing processes and working methods where systems and data flows are also integrated.Planning and executing internal audits and management review of QEHS management systemWorking systematically with customer requirements and working methods in the quality areaThe position is intended to support the organization throughout Denmark. You will be located at our offices in Ballerup, but there will be some travelling in the Nordics.

In addition to that, you have:A university degree or equivalent work experience in quality, environment, work environment and change work.
