Every day you are empowered to be better and this is achieved through the platform and resources you have access to and the ability to work in an inclusive and collaborative environment where you will be challenged to grow and be your best every day. **About the role** The primary purpose of this role is to provide coaching, instruction, advice, and key QHSE support services to the contract and project operations across the WA/QLD/NT/SA operations. **Here is a snapshot of your day:** + Coach and mentor operational managers and frontline leaders in their HSE responsibilities. + Actively develop training packages and programs and facilitate and/or participate in the rollout of QHSE programs and management tools. + Assist operational teams and frontline leaders with preparations for Project, Toolbox, Client, and other meetings where QHSE information (i.e. Alerts) may be required. + Work strategically with operations to create, oversee and measure innovative initiatives for site to promote a high-performance culture. + Facilitate and participate in the development, review, approval, and implementation of QHSE Management Plans. + Facilitate, manage, and communicate changes to system and client procedures, tools, templates, etc. within WA/QLD/NT/SA operations. + Function as the subject-matter expert where required on HSE matters and issues internally and externally facing. + Lead and provide timely investigation reports to Clients where required. + Support WA/QLD/NT/SA operations with QHSE induction and training of staff and contractors. **The Ideal candidate** + A formal management qualification in QHSE management. + Senior level membership of the relevant country QHSE professional body. + Significant and relevant post qualification experience. + A practical and demonstrable knowledge of liaising with enforcement agency / insurers. + Ability to positively articulate QHSE through presentation + Will be required to travel within the region **Can we inspire you to join us?** People are the foundation upon which our success is built.
