Your role as a Quality & EHS Manager:

Quality Management:

Report directly to the Head of Engineering and Quality, managing and developing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure AS9100 complianceOversee and manage the audit calendar, including external BSI, LRQA, ASTM company audits along with customer and supplier auditsLead the Material Review Board (MRB) process, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances through containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, waste, and riskSupport the Head of Engineering & Quality in fostering a Zero Defects culture

EHS Management:

Develop and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and policiesConduct regular EHS audits and inspections, investigating incidents and applying corrective actionsPromote a safe and healthy workplace through training and awareness programsCollaborate with the Head of Engineering & Quality to build a Zero Harm culture

About you - you will have:

Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environmentProven experience developing and introducing EHS programmes and policies Knowledge of AS9100 requirementsKnowledge of developing a QMSPractical knowledge of APQP, PPAP and FMEAAuditing experience and certificationExperience of non-conformance investigation techniques.
