Job Description Are you an experienced QHSE professional looking for your next challenge? We’re partnering with a leading company in the offshore marine industry to find a proactive QHSE Manager to drive quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives across their operations.

What You’ll Do: Implement and oversee QHSE policies and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001). Conduct internal audits and manage accreditation and certification processes. Develop and deliver quality awareness programs and staff training. Analyze non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation. Perform site audits and ensure SMS compliance. Prepare management reviews and track key performance indicators. Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and follow-up. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a QHSE role, ideally in offshore marine, windfarm, or oil & gas sectors. Strong knowledge of UK regulations and ISO standards. Problem-solving and root-cause analysis expertise. NEBOSH certification (preferred but not essential). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
