QHSE/VCA Auditor

Location: Germany

Industry/Sector knowledge: any manufacturing industry. Preferred Food and Food Packaging, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, personal care.

By auditing our key clients range from SMEs to global super brands, you will:

Play a pivotal role in auditing their organisation or products against the relevant national and international management standardsBuild great relationships, learn about their business and products, and allow them to continually reassess and improve their business performanceBe responsible for delivering BSI’s audit services to assigned clients in accordance with all our scheme and regulatory requirementsEnsure timely, cost-effective service delivery that satisfies our customer needsConduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member

For this role, we are looking for someone who has the following experience and expertise:

Compulsory MVK or HVK degreeKnowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001Proven knowledge of how a business operates to ensure appropriate interpretation of management system standardsLearning ability to keep up with changes to business, industry, management thinking, and developing assessment stylesExcellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills, as well as energy, passion, and commitmentNative German speaker, fluent in EnglishBased in Germany  and willing to travel.Experience on risk assessment and risk based managementKnowledge on R&D process, process/ product specifications implementation and validation.Experience in the delivery of second party programs.
