JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Facilitates the review, input, and management of policies and procedures in accordance with organizational expectations. Responsible for facilitating root cause analysis and providing input for performance improvement to address clinical quality of care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a collaborative relationship with Regional Director, Quality Improvement and related committeesMaintains a constant state of readiness and compliance for accreditation and other regulatory entitiesEnsures that policies and procedures are reviewed annuallyUtilizes organizational tools necessary to conduct root cause analysis and provide consultation for performance improvement opportunities to ensure quality of careKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methodsDemonstrated competence of Microsoft Outlook programs including Word and Excel, and other electronic applications including the electronic medical record and Enlighten AnalyticsQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral healthcare fieldYears of Experience
Must have 1 year of demonstrated experience working in quality improvement or related areaMust have 1 year of direct care work experienceCertification/Licensure
