Made Possible.** As a key member of the Global Analytics team, the Qlik Developer will create impactful reports, visualizations, and dashboards to drive strategic business decisions. **Position Summary** The mission of this position is to analyze business challenges and develop innovative solutions to meet organizational needs. The analyst formulates and defines objectives based on both business needs and a solid understanding of best practices. This position may also assist in routine maintenance for specific modules in the company’s suite of business applications. This position collaborates with business process owners to foster a positive IT customer relations environment. **Essential Job Functions:** + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements and develop tailored solutions that address these needs. + Utilize critical thinking skills and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems using Qlik Sense, the firm’s chosen analytics and visualization platform. + Evaluate the current operational environment and identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics + Perform testing of releases and patches for applications + Actively contributes to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives that stretch the thinking of the group + Ability to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areas + Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, testing outcomes, etc.) + Maintain a professional awareness of tools and techniques that might be used to improve the quality of service + Provide overlapping support for other tools in the environment such as TM1 (Planning Analytics) **Experience & Technical Skills Required:** + 4-year college degree in general or IT-Related field required. Equivalent work experience considered + 4+ years' Qlik Developer experience + Experience with Qlik Sense on-premises & SAAS + Ability to strategically develop dashboards from concept through implementation + Must be good at data transformation from various sources, the creation of QVD files, and set analysis + Experience in application designing, architecting, development and deployment using Qlik Sense. Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices + Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus + Demonstrated ability to effectively manage all facets of the BI project lifecycle (data exploration, hypothesis testing, code development, testing/validation, deployment, etc.) + Ability to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areas + Strong communication skills (verbal/written) + Leadership qualities and thoughtful implementation of best practices to deliver effective solutions to the users + Creating and maintaining technical documentation. **Pay Range:** **$65,025.00** - **$86,700.00** **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
