- Responsible for classification and grading of tires from rework area and decision on next process step
- Responsible for classification of off-standard tires and decision on final disposition
- Input of quality-related data in the GRADING system
- Take the necessary actions in case of non-conformities (inform relevant people, stop curing press, blocking of tires)
- Scan and evaluate status of tires returned to grading after Tire Uniformity, Weighing and Over Inspection.
- Responsible for classifying off-standard tires from the above areas and deciding on final disposition.
- Monitor quality-related data in QDA system
- CTD measurement for product
- Assure plant compliance with ISO9001 internal and external customers as required in the respective areas.
- Perform daily over-inspection of components and products according to the control-plan1. Initiation and tracing of corrective actions in case of quality deviations
- Responsible for segregation and blocking of off-standard products/semi- products/process/machine by following controlled nonconforming procedures.1. Supervision and performance of investigations and trials for process and product improvement, in cooperation with the production / process / PI. 1. Coordinate calibration process of measuring tool and equipment with metrology team, PLT.1. Ensure that non conformance tyre is rapidly communicated and documented to Prod/QM/Eng in shift
