Welcome to Bosch! **Job Description** This person must ensure value stream QMM for absenteeism coverage, time keeping and adjusting workforce based on production needs (covering locations and shifts). Must have great interpersonal skills and a desire to lead others. Responsible for gaining and maintaining general knowledge of all value stream inspections. Responsible for completing the Introduction to Quality Assurance PQ&T for new Quality Inspectors and Quality Technicians and maintaining the appropriate BPS and 5S Standards. Oversee and maintain Quality System requirements for LctP Document Control, FMEAs, Internal Process Audits and Customer Complaints. Work as a liaison between QMM, the Value Streams and CTG to collect, review and report KPI data (daily, weekly, monthly). Understanding of ISO 9001standard and requirements. Must have ability to utilize MS Office tools, SAP and Power BI to create and maintain the required reports. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required for report development and presentation. You are expected to maintain a positive work environment by following the appropriate safety procedures. You must be open and willing to lead and assist others throughout the department **Qualifications** Able to lead and work successfully with a team.
