As guardians of the Micron brand, we are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to lead a team of highly skilled technical leaders and drive best in class excellence in manufacturability and quality management systems through global standards and business rules and systems. A strong understanding of chip package interactions is highly desirable to address the complexities of modern manufacturing requirements and drive worldclass quality. A strong process and systems thinking is required to drive the team towards systems improvements. A visionary approach on AI technology is needed to challenge the team to revolutionize quality requirements applications in the field.The ideal candidate should possess robust background in memory chip and package development, testing, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM). Proficiency in industry standards such as IATF and Automotive Core tools is essential to align fundamental industry requirements with Micron's objectives. This individual will be instrumental in driving Micron towards not only meeting customer and industry expectations but also grow the team into technical leaders in each field and uplift Micron brand by crafting and executing strategies that consistently delivers best in class quality in the industry.

Lead and mentor a team of technical leaders to define and drive global QMS standards, including FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, SBL, PAT, MSA, Calibration, Lab, NUDD, gSPECs, and SafeLaunch.Develop team members into technical and industry leaders.Review standards and business rules to balance functionality, performance, and manufacturing constraints.Establish KPIs to monitor and enhance team performance, compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.Develop, execute, and refine strategies:
Deliver best in class quality by aligning product design, development, testing, and manufacturing with standards and business rules.Establish an AI roadmap for quality standards and system applications.Identify and close gaps in Micron's QMS for end-to-end standards connectivity.Future-proof Micron by identifying new opportunities and quality requirements ahead of industry and customer needs.Lead and drive cross functional team for continuous improvement:
Conduct root cause analysis and post mortem to identify corrective actions to mitigate risks and enhance quality performance.Establish new standards and business rules for business continuity and risk mitigation if required. Identify and drive innovative solutions for manufacturing challenges, focusing on process optimization and cost reduction.Partner with stakeholders across design, development, test, manufacturing, package reliability, quality assurance team, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of standards requirements into product lifecycles.Personal traits (this position demands):
