Roles & Responsibilities

Develop strategy and the management of milestones for Quality Management Systems, demonstrating solid progress to achieve target condition and goal of Quality Compliance.Develop, implement and manage compliance key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards, accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization.Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.Develop and perform training in all aspects of the quality system, auditing and application of Procedures.Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS.Hold monthly audit performance meetings with the business leaders.Manage the audit nonconformity data base.Support product quality leadership in support of escape managementSupport global audit community initiativesWell verse in AS9100, AS13100, AS9145NADCAP Special Process Auditing would be advantage example HT, NDT, Matl, Welding and shot peening

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering.Master Degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.At least 8 years’ experience in Aerospace Quality and Auditing.At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead Auditor.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills.Assertive yet tactful in approach.
